Pregnancy Massage
Pregnancy Massage can be enormous benefit to mother and unborn baby. Studies indicate that massage therapy performed during pregnancy can reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and joint pains, and improve labour outcomes and newborn health.
Receiving regular massage whilst pregnant can help mothers become more aware of there bodies in the first stages of labour, this can help with the ability to relax. It can lead to increased breast feeding success due to the increased prolactin and mammary development.
